Note: By using Krafii as a customer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, with UK jurisdiction applying to our UK users.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Krafii. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Krafii only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm artisans. You agree to provide a safe working environment if the artisan is coming to your premises.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the Krafii escrow system. Paying artisans outside the platform violates these terms and voids your eligibility for dispute resolution or refunds. Funds are released to the artisan only when you confirm the job is complete.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a job, you must raise a dispute within the app before the payment is released. Krafii's support team will review the chat logs, photos, and job details to mediate a fair resolution.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or consistently receive poor ratings for abusive behavior.
